Field Staff
SCMA Field staff develop childminding and promote SCMA services in the local authority areas in which they are based. These members of staff are available for support and information.  

Offices
We also have regional administration staff who operate in Inverness and Dumfries.

Childminding Development Officers
The main body of our Field staff is made up of Childminding Development Officers who are available to provide support and help during the registration process right through to training needs and further support once registered.

Project Staff
A number of staff also work on behalf of SCMA and have close links with projects such as the Working for Families Fund, New Opportunities Fund, Routes to Inclusion and the Big Lottery.
