SCMA's Head Office is based in Stirling which is in Central Scotland. There are two departments which work under the umbrella of Corporate Services these are:

• Marketing Services who process memberships; handle stock orders and start-up applications; press and PR; edit, design and produce publications in addition to the magazine; and manage online services such as the website and intranet. Marketing Sercices staff also provide support to the regional staff with work requests; producing newsletters; processing Scheme of Excellence and administration.
• Strategic Services handle payroll, finance, invoices and expenses; Human Resources and recruitment; building management; and training.
