Maggie's responsibilities include pursuing childminding policy with national bodies including Parliament, Scottish Government and Care Commission. She has overall responsibility for Local Development Projects and Childminding Development Services, working internally with the Strategic Planning Team to develop SCMA policy.

Louise leads Corporate Services and influences improvements throughout the team. Leigh is the editor of Childminding magazine and designs, edits and produces SCMA publications. She is responsible for approving logo usage, implementing and standardising SCMA corporate identity across the Association, co-ordinating website content and development, and dealing with press enquiries/releases and advertising. Also co-ordinates materials and sponsorship for Childminding Month.

Sarah provides administration support to field staff and Area Managers, which includes completing work requests and producing letters, flyers, adverts and newsletters. She is also responsible for processing monthly paperwork and processing sales and training bookings.

Jennifer assists in the production of SCMA publications, press releases and maintains the website and forum. She is also involved in SCMA events such as Childminding Day and the AGM and Conference.

Julie is responsible for co-ordinating the workload of three administrative assistants providing support to stakeholders of the Association by dealing with enquiries, producing and distributing materials on a daily basis. Julie is also responsible for the co-ordination and administration of SCMA’s Helpline.

Joy deals with membership enquiries and is responsible for monthly membership and insurance renewals including co-ordinating phone reminders. Joy also checks and processes applications for Start-up grants and provides administrative support to the Area Managers.

Karen administers SCMA's payroll and pension scheme, as well as co-ordinating personal procedures. She is also responsible for health, safety and the maintenance of buildings, IT and other equipment. Karen also ensures month end is run and prepares finance information for the annual audit.

Maureen assists with book-keeping on Sage, processes all income, charges and financial information. She oversees the preparation and dispatch of project invoices and produces monthly budget and finance reports. Maureen is also responsible for processing the monthly payroll and year end.

Lisa's responsibilities include SCMA's Generic Induction sessions, goal setting weekends and training events. She also co-ordinates the recruitment of new staff and setting up new projects including ordering equipment. Lisa also organises Elected Member's mailing and administration and assists with some Marketing Services work.
