Maggie's responsibilities include pursuing childminding policy with national bodies including Parliament, Scottish Executive and Care Commission. She has overall responsibility for Local Development Projects and Childminding Development Services, working internally with the Strategic Planning Team to develop SCMA policy.

Anne provides leadership to the Association, assisting the Board in formulating and communicating SCMA's vision and long-term strategy. She also ensures that the Association is effective, open and accountable.

Elizabeth plans, reviews and revises childminding practice development materials and training programmes for childminders. She continually monitors the effectivness of materials in line with best current practice. Elizabeth plans and delivers training programmes to support SCMA staff and tutors in their delivery of SCMA training.

Louise leads Corporate Services and influences improvements throughout the team. She is actively involved in the formation of SCMA's corporate plan, co-ordinates the annual conference, and contributes to the Association's overall policy development, strategic planning, budget preparation and control.

Ruth's responsibilities include developing and monitoring policies and procedures in relation to training delivery. She also implements the Quality Assurance Programme for SCMA training.
