This one-day highly successful certificated course meets the demands of food hygiene legislation in the food handling industry. The course is available to members only. A REHIS Food Hygiene certificate is awarded to all those who complete the course.
Subjects include: food bacteria, how bacteria causes food poisoning, personal hygiene, kitchen layout and design, cleaning and disinfection, bacteria, hygiene control, pest control, temperature control and legislation.
Cost: £72 (inclusive of 10% discount for SCMA members only). This course can be paid using an
ILA200 or credit/debit card.
