SCMA Membership Survey Results 2016

With 92% of SCMA members happy with their membership, and all SCMA services receiving positive feedback, these survey results will contribute to the Association’s on-going development and success.

This annual survey provides an overview of our membership services, how we are rated by our members and the areas we can improve upon. The feedback and results are divided into six sections, including SCMA Membership, Learn with SCMA, SCMA Online, Childminding magazine, Early Learning and Childcare, and the Prize Draw.

More than 600 SCMA members took part in our online Membership Survey this year, which closed Friday 1 April. The results and feedback have been collated and we are delighted to make the results available to you all.
