SCMA is aware that many of our members continue to face problems with late or failed payments from colleges, who offer help and financial assistance to parents from the Childcare Fund.
To determine the current state of the college payment system, SCMA has produced the following survey. We plan to raise your issues with the Scottish Funding Council, who are responsible for the Childcare Fund.
