SCMA to close Monday 19 September in respect of HM Queen Elizabeth II

SCMA to close Monday 19 September in respect of HM Queen Elizabeth II
Following the sad news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II passing, SCMA, as with many employers, will be closed on Monday 19 September, to allow our staff time to pay their respects to The Queen on the day of her funeral.

A statement from the UK Government said: “Monday 19 September, the date of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral, will be a national bank holiday. This will allow individuals, businesses and other organisations to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate Her reign, while marking the final day of the period of national mourning.

This means that SCMA will close, as usual, at 4.30pm on Friday 16 September, and re-open at 8.30am on Tuesday 20 September.

SCMA wishes to express our deepest condolences to the Royal Family on the passing of Her Majesty The Queen, Elizabeth II.

Please Note: If you need to renew your SCMA membership or place any orders while we are closed, you can still do so via the Membership Dashboard.  Any orders placed on, or after Friday 16 September, will not be dispatched until we return on Tuesday 20 September.
