New Membership Benefit | Designed to support your practice

We’re delighted to launch ‘Personal Plan Paperwork’ – new and improved to support your childminding practice!

We’ve used your feedback to develop a suite of updated and enhanced materials – exclusively for our valued members, giving you unlimited and FREE access to a range of downloadable forms and templates that will help you build and create Personal Plans for the children in your service.

In addition, we have also developed a range of further documentation, guidance and examples to support you with your paperwork requirements – all of which is aligned to the latest national guidance, frameworks and legislation.

What’s included in the Personal Plan Paperwork?
The new Personal Plan Paperwork is designed to make managing your evidence simpler with tailored guidance, useful tips, templates, and examples – allowing your paperwork to be even more cohesive, comprehensive and professional.

Our new Personal Plan Paperwork is organised into four main categories:

  • Personal Plans: essential documents and information that you must hold
  • Child Development: to help you record and evidence children’s progress
  • Child Protection: for recording any concerns
  • Health and Safety: for managing risk, accidents/incidents and fire safety

Where do I find the Personal Plan Paperwork?
Login to the Membership Dashboard and you’ll see a new section in the menu called ‘Personal Plan Paperwork’.

Under each category, browse the various documents and determine what you want to access. Then, you can download them as many times as you wish depending on your needs – all at no cost to you.

You can choose to either print the documents (either in colour or black and white) yourself at home, at a local library, or use them as a basis to create your own paperwork if you prefer to develop your own versions.

Looking ahead…
This is just the first stage of our Personal Plan Paperwork developments, and we would welcome feedback from members. Going forward, we will be updating and evolving our package of materials in stages throughout the coming years, to ensure we continue to meet your needs.

In addition, we will also be exploring possible print and digital options in the future – to further support your needs when it comes to organising your paperwork and business documentation.
