Have you registered as a childminder in the last two years? The Care Inspectorate need your help!
The Care Inspectorate is reviewing its registration process and would like your help and suggestions about how we can make this process more streamlined and helpful for people who wish to start a childminding service.
The Care Inspectorate said: "We intend to develop an online application form which will be more accessible to all applicants and we want your views on what would support someone in making an application. For example, what type of information would be useful or required to support applicants and what support would be useful throughout the registration process.
"This could include links to current best practice guidance or what information to include in each of the questions and policies we ask for – this is the kind of issues we want to ask you about. If you have suggestions about how the registration process could be improved, we welcome your ideas."
