SCMA has now responded to the consultation on the Shared Inspection Framework (for all providers including all childminders) from the Care Inspectorate and Education Scotland.
We believe there are several fundamental problems with this document, that this is not fit for purpose in its current form, significant re-working is required, and that implementation should be delayed.
