YOGA: Indulge Your Senses

Yoga is a great medium to support mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing. 

It can also enhance learning as it is one of the few disciplines that integrates the body and mind. In layman’s terms it reaches the parts other activities cannot reach. Recent studies of children participating in healthy yoga movement, breathing and mindful meditation has shown that grades have improved by 18% over a two-year period as this discipline helps improves concentration and memory skills (as cited in article for UC Berkeley, by BETHANY BUTZER & LISA FLYNN, November 20th, 2018). 

This workshop will give you a taster session on how to enjoy yoga as an adult and with your minded children as a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
