Please be assured that we share many of your concerns and are busy behind the scenes, at a national and local level, seeking clarification on a number of the issues raised, particularly in terms of PLI cover and what will happen in the event of school / nursery closures.
We are currently collating all the latest advice and information available from Scottish Government, Health Protection Scotland, Care Inspectorate and other sources and will be preparing a set of FAQs specifically for childminders. This will build on earlier updates for members, be available to view on our website and an email will be sent to all members once this is ready. The link will also be shared on social media.
