At SCMA, we recognise that most childminders are sole workers, and this can be isolating. There are times when we could all benefit from some breathing space and some personal support – particularly if it has been a stressful day.
Many of you will already be familiar with the SCMA Helpline for queries and concerns regarding your childminding practice and procedures – and we are delighted to now be able to offer an additional support service specifically to protect and enhance your emotional health and wellbeing.
‘Health Assured’ is a counselling support package that has historically only been available to SCMA staff as part of our employee benefit package. However, we are now able to extend this offer to all SCMA members as an additional and exclusive members benefit.
