SCMA is recruiting for the post of Administrative Assistant
SCMA is the national voice of childminding in Scotland; a national Third Sector and membership organisation that promotes childminding as a quality childcare service.

Working on behalf of its 4,000 childminder members, SCMA helps to improve the wellbeing and outcomes for Scotland’s children and aims to influence policy to ensure that it is informed by the experiences of childminding. SCMA provides a wide range of support and professional services for members including training and events as well as delivering local services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Administrative Assistant as we seek to strengthen our Corporate Services Team. As Administrative Assistant you will:

- Provide regular support and assistance to members and stakeholders of the Association.
- Assist with the co-ordination and development of the Corporate Services Team.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to various staff and teams within SCMA.

You will embrace the ethos and values of SCMA and display enthusiasm, self-motivation and a desire to
represent childminding. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise work.

The post is full time, 36 hours per week and will be office based. 
Starting Salary: SJC AP1 Pt 14-18 £17,110 - £18,718 and we operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).
